James W. Abbott, Jr.

Jim graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis in real estate finance. In addition to being a graduate of USC's Marshall School of Business, Jim was on the USC Football team (2004-2008) as a defensive back and, as an outfielder on the USC Baseball team (2008). He was a member of one National Championship Team and three Rose Bowl Teams. Jim is also a graduate of Loyola High School located in downtown Los Angeles. Jim joins Realty Advisory Group's brokerage team with a focus on sales and leasing of industrial and development/investment properties throughout the Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire markets.

Prior to joining Realty Advisory Group, Inc. in 2009, Jim spent several of his summers working with the Group part time. While part time, Jim learned many of the facets involved in real estate, primarily focusing on brokerage and development. In addition, during the summer of 2006 he worked in the real estate investment group of the Colliers' International Los Angeles office. Jim has been around real estate his entire life.
