Brett Dedeaux began his career as an industrial real estate
broker in 1996
representing such firms as UPS Supply Chain Solutions,
Kellogg’s, Xerox,
BAX Global, Broyhill Furniture Corp., Essex Electric,
Shell Oil, Fiskars,
Teleflex, and UTi Integrated Logistics in over 10,000,000
square feet of
total transactions.
Starting in 2001, Mr. Dedeaux began
work as a Principal/Manager Member
on several property renovation, repositioning and development
projects
throughout the Southern California region. Current year
2006 developments
include a 20 acre light-industrial business park in the
Coachella Valley, the
construction of a 100,000 sq. ft. food processing plant
in the City of Commerce
and a 5 acre multi-tenant project in the City of Industry.
Mr. Dedeaux enjoys the many different capacities required
for a successful
development project, from performing market and financial
feasibility analysis,
designing conceptual site plans, working with various
municipalities through the entitlement process, to project
management and overseeing the leasing/sale
of a project.
In 1995, Mr. Dedeaux graduated from University of Southern
California as a
member of the Business School’s top-ranked Entrepreneur
Program. Presently,
he is an active member of the American Industrial Real
Estate Association,
National Association of Industrial and Office Properties,
CoreNet Global
Corporate Real Estate Association, Warehousing Education
and Research
Council, the Urban Land Institute, and Assistance League
Young Professionals.
Residing in Santa Monica, Mr. Dedeaux enjoys wine and
traveling with family
and friends while also pursuing his passion for outdoor
activities including golf,
surfing, paddle tennis, and mountain biking.
