Aaron A. Giovara
Prior to forming the Company, Mr. Giovara was a Vice President
at
Wells Fargo Bank and a principal in the Capital Marketing
Group.
There, Mr. Giovara was responsible for originating, over
the past
three years, more than $600 million in highly leveraged
real
estate mezzanine and straight debt loans. He has led all
aspects
of underwriting, due diligence, and structuring and in
1996
managed a $400MM loan portfolio secured by residential
developments, retail centers, industrial and office buildings,
as
well as raw land. His prior professional experience was
in the
Bank's Real Estate Industries Group where he specialized
in
originating standing and construction loans. Mr. Giovara
received
a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from the University
of
California, Berkeley in 1991.
