Donald H. Kuemmeler
Before founding the Company, Mr. Kuemmeler was a Senior
Vice
President at Wells Fargo Bank and a principal in the Capital
Markets Group. In three years in the Wells Fargo Capital
Markets
Group, Mr. Kuemmeler was responsible for originating more
than
$1 billion in short and medium term commitments, of which
approximately $200 million represented mezzanine loans
and
equity participation opportunities. Prior to joining the
Capital
Markets Group, Mr. Kuemmeler was a principal in Wells
Fargo's
workout group, where he restructured over $1 billion in
problem
loans secured by assets throughout the country. From
1986-1990, Mr. Kuemmeler was a vice president in the Bank's
Real Estate Industries Group, where he specialized in
originating
construction loans.
In 1986, Mr. Kuemmeler received his B.S. in Business
Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
Mr. Kuemmeler holds a Masters of Business Administration
from
Berkeley's Haas Business School.
