William R. Lindsay


Prior to forming the Company, LLC, Mr. Lindsay was a partner
in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and was the coordinator of the
firm's Real Estate Department. Mr. Lindsay's clients included
major investment banks and other significant real estate finance
sources, such as Nomura Asset Capital Corp., Morgan Stanley,
Wells Fargo Bank and Westbrook Partners. Mr. Lindsay has
negotiated and closed over $3 billion in transactions in the
past three years, including $945 million in mezzanine related
transactions in 1997 alone. Mr. Lindsay has also been involved
in the origination of over $350 million in construction loans in
the past two years, and has served as workout counsel to
secured lenders on over $1.5 billion of credit.

Mr. Lindsay served as a law clerk to the Honorable William H.
Rehnquist, Chief Justice of the United States, United States
Supreme Court, from 1986-87. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of
Dartmouth College in 1981, Mr. Lindsay received his law
degree in 1985 from the University of California Berkeley,
where he was Editor-in-Chief of The California Law Review.
Mr. Lindsay is a member of ULI, NAREIT, and ICSC, and the
Policy Advisor Board of UC Berkeley's Fisher Real
Estate Center.
