Realty Advisory Group, Inc. was hired by AmerisourceBergen to sell this facility and did so to Dedeaux Properties & Stockbridge Capital Group. After an extensive rehabilitation of the building, Realty Advisory Group, Inc. leased it to an Amazon affiliate and months later sold it to Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. This is one of the largest industrial buildings in the “Los Angeles Northwest” area.
