John Repstad

John focuses his efforts in the Southern California industrial and office markets of Central Los Angeles, Mid Counties, San Gabriel Valley, South Bay and the Inland Empire. As a Senior Director at Realty Advisory Group, John specializes in the acquisition/disposition and leasing of industrial and office properties as well as investment sales. A partial list of his clients include: Komar Distribution Services, GOYA Foods, Papersource Manufacturing, Bridge Publications, Million Dollar Baby Furniture, EDS, Tadashi Designs, Trixxi Clothing Company, KTR Capital Partners, Terreno Realty Corporation and Alere Real Estate. Mr. Repstad attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. In addition, he is an active member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR).
