Nick Thorpe

Nick specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate to users and investors in the Los Angeles / Mid-Counties Area (Santa Fe Springs, Norwalk, Cerritos, Downey, La Mirada, Paramount, Bellflower & Buena Park). Since 2017, when Nick joined Realty Advisory Group, Inc., he has been involved in several multi-million dollar lease and sale transactions and constantly identifies off-market industrial property opportunities. Nick’s comprehensive market knowledge is a testament to his business acumen and work ethic. While earning his B.S. Degree in Economics from Chapman University from 2012 – 2016, Nick worked part-time for one of Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial broker teams as an intern and also for a private real estate investment firm, Pacific Realty Advisors. Nick is from Scottsdale, AZ and has lived in Southern California since starting college, he now resides in Venice, CA.
